XM Trading Deposit Not Credited
I am writing regarding a missing deposit to my XM Trading wallet ID 110330***, which I funded via PhonePe UPI. On 27/02/2026 at around 09:39 AM, I made a deposit of 9,300 INR to my XM Trading account, and the amount was successfully debited from my bank account. I also received a UTR number for this transaction as proof of payment. Despite the transaction being completed, the 9,300 INR has still not been credited to my XM Trading balance. I contacted XM support about this issue and on March 09 I received an email response, in which I was advised to wait 24 hours for the funds to be reflected. However, even after this waiting period, the deposit is still not visible in my XM Trading account and my money remains stuck. Since the payment has clearly been processed on my bank’s side and I hold a valid UTR number, I kindly request that you urgently investigate this missing deposit using the UTR details on your side. I ask that this 9,300 INR either be credited to my XM Trading account without any further delay or be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible, and that I be informed in writing once the issue has been resolved.
