I am using Redmi Buds 6 Play with my iPhone and until today I had no issues. However, today the right earphone suddenly stopped giving any audio. I followed the reset steps and also removed and re-paired the earbuds, but there was no change. On the phone it still shows the right earbud as “in case” and does not transmit any sound. To be sure it was not related to my iPhone, I also tried the earbuds with another device, but the right side still does not work there either. This makes me think there is a hardware fault with the product. I bought the Redmi Buds 6 Play from Trendyol approximately two months ago and I believe it should still be under warranty. I would like to receive clear guidance on how this problem can be resolved and, if it is a manufacturing defect, I expect the necessary support such as repair or replacement under warranty.
