Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Refund Request Denied
We're having trouble finding someone to help us with our concerns about the Xiaomi Robot vacuum. We ran into a problem, and they were kind enough to offer a refund. However, the amount they suggested was the exact same as what we had paid two years ago. Is there any way to buy back the robot I purchased for ₺5,000 two years ago at its original price? Should I invest in a high-end vacuum cleaner for ₺5,000? I have been waiting for a response from the Consumer Arbitration Board for a whole year now, and unfortunately, during this period, the warranty for the product has already expired. Ultimately, in order to address the financial and emotional challenges I am facing, I have decided to take legal action by filing a compensation lawsuit.
