Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6 Refund Issue

On 05.01.2026, I purchased a Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6 from the official Xiaomi Turkey website, with order number 526010524986138701, for ₺10,869.00, paid by credit card. I have been using the product for more than a month, and based on my experience during this period, I am not satisfied with it at all. I specifically bought this air purifier to reduce pet-related food and litter odors in my home. However, the device has not provided any noticeable improvement in this regard and has failed to meet my expectations. Additionally, after I started using the product, I observed a significant increase in my electricity bill, which has created an extra financial burden for me. Within the legal return period, I wanted to request a refund, but I could not proceed with the return because of a technical problem on the Xiaomi Turkey website. The product did not appear under my orders in the “create return” section, so I was unable to initiate the return process. Due to this access/technical issue, I could not use my right of return on time and continued using the product for a while longer, but my opinion about the product has not changed. For the reasons explained above, I would like to state that I am completely dissatisfied with the product and kindly request that my refund request be assessed. I would also like to emphasize that my inability to initiate the return in time was due to a technical problem on your website and not to any fault on my part. I request that the necessary action be taken and that I be informed about the refund process.

The brand does not prioritize customer satisfaction, it shakes my trust and I will not choose it again. Customer service policy is very important to me, but the brand did not reach out to me and disappeared in the process.
