Xiaomi Cordless Vacuum Motor Burned Down

I bought a Xiaomi cordless vacuum on January 15, 2022. The order was placed with the Teknogogo store on N11, and it was under the name of ***evver Toraman. The order number is 207179476350. The device worked perfectly for the initial year, but later on, during its usage, an unexpected noise and a smell of burning came from the motor. Thankfully, I managed to escape unscathed, but the vacuum unexpectedly malfunctioned while I was using it. After leaving it alone for some time, trying to start it again was unsuccessful. When I attempted to bring it to a service center, I was unable to locate one. There was nobody around to have a conversation with. After visiting the website, I found out that there are four branches. I made an effort to call each one, but unfortunately, none of them picked up the phone. If there's no one to talk to, why is it being sold? Without access to technical support, it seems impractical to proceed with production. I regret choosing this brand for my purchase. It's frustrating not being able to receive proper technical support and having no option for repair. I spent a significant amount of money, only to end up with a product that was completely worthless. It has been months since I've been unable to find any assistance, resulting in the product remaining unused. If you can, steer clear of purchasing from this brand. It's likely that you'll find yourself in a less-than-desirable situation.
