Xiaomi Redmi Watch Active 5 Won’t Log Into Mi Fitness App – Stuck in Login Loop

I recently purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Watch Active 5, but I have been unable to log into the Mi Fitness app. Even though my email and password are 100% correct, the app keeps redirecting me back to the login screen every single time I try to sign in.

Additionally, when I attempt to log in via the Mi Account section in settings, I face the exact same issue. No matter what I do, I can’t complete the login process, making the watch completely useless since I can’t sync or access any features.
