Only English Is Available On My Xiaomi Redmi Note 11

I've been a loyal Redmi customer for years because I usually like their phones. But I just bought a green Redmi Note 11 and found out that half of the phone's apps and settings are in English, which is annoying. I called customer service to get the problem fixed, but they are taking a long time to get back to me, which is frustrating. I get that the same phone in different colors might have a few different features, but this is a big problem that needs to be fixed right away. It's not fair that I paid the same price for my phone as someone who got one that works perfectly. I hope that Redmi will take action to correct this issue soon. Once it's fixed, I'll be happy to tell other people about my good experience.
