For the past three days, I’ve been unable to use the NFC contactless payment feature on my Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G through the Paraf app. The app opens normally, and when I press the “Pay” button, nothing happens — the transaction doesn’t go through, and I don’t receive any error message. I’m trying to make payments using my Paraf Credit Card (ending in 2121).
I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, as well as restarting my phone, but the issue persists. So far, I’ve only tested it at the market inside the hotel where I work, so I haven’t had the chance to try it elsewhere yet. Both my app and phone software are fully up to date.
I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, so I can start using the contactless payment feature again.
