Restore My Xena Live Access


I use an iPhone 15 and I have been using the Xena service to buy gifts. About a week ago, my access on Xena was suddenly blocked without any explanation, and since then I have not been able to see any of the gifts that are normally available. When I enter Xena, the gifts simply do not appear and I am unable to make any purchases. I sent three separate emails to Xena support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far, and I have not been given any reason for why my access was blocked. I request that my account be immediately unlocked and that my full access to view and purchase gifts on Xena be restored. I also expect a clear explanation as to why my access was blocked without notice.
