Xbox Refund Still Missing After One Week, No Response From Support

On September 2, 2025, I purchased Assassin’s Creed Valhalla through Xbox Windows using my Ziraat Bank debit card. On the same day, I submitted a refund request, and it was approved. However, more than a week has passed, and the refunded amount still hasn’t been deposited into my account.
My related order number is 1347595498.
I request that the refund process be expedited and that the payment be transferred to my Ziraat Bank account as soon as possible. Despite sending an email to Xbox Support, I have not received any response. I am asking for an urgent resolution to this issue.
