Lee Wrangler Pants - Yellow Stains After First Wear

On February 9, 2024, I purchased two pairs of pants from the Lee Wrangler store: one in navy blue and one in green. Since the pants were new and may have been tried on by many customers in the store, I washed them without using fabric softener or detergent. A few days later, I started wearing the new pants. I wore the navy blue pair first and had no issues. However, when I wore the green pants to work a few days later, I noticed yellow stains appearing on them throughout the day, despite there being no visible issues initially. Over time, I observed that these yellow stains continued to increase on both the front and back of the pants.
On February 20, 2024, I visited the store where I purchased the product and reported the yellow stains that had formed on the pants I had worn only once. I submitted the pants for inspection. On February 22, 2024, I received a negative response from the store officials, stating that there was no production or fabric-related error, and the process was concluded.
It is unacceptable to face such difficulties and injustices with a product that I trusted and liked based on the brand's quality. Until now, I have had the hems of my pants altered for free at my trusted tailors. For the first time in my life, I had to pay ₺200 for the hem alteration of these two pants. I did not expect such a situation from such a reputable company. I will be reporting this issue to all necessary authorities and will also file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Boards. Thank you.
