I have spent a significant amount of money on my mobile phone over the years, but unfortunately, I have not received the reset password. As a result, I am unable to access the game. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by customer support. I think the representatives are struggling to comprehend, possibly due to their reliance on translation programs, as their responses seem quite nonsensical.
