World of Tanks Password Reset Issue

Hello. I forgot my game password and I am unable to reset it via email. This is because I have changed the phone number registered with my email. I no longer have access to my old number, and therefore, I cannot access my email either. The only information I have is my email address. As seen in the attached image, my account is logged in on my computer. Due to a recent game update, it is asking me to re-enter my password. I have been playing this game for 4-5 years and I do not want to lose my account. Please help.
