Wizz Air Won't Let Me Add My Child to My Reservation
I purchased a Wizz Air ticket for myself for a round trip departing on June 11 and returning on June 14. However, when I tried to purchase a ticket for my 11-year-old daughter on the same flights, I encountered a serious problem. The system does not allow me to add her to my existing reservation as a passenger, nor does it allow me to create a separate reservation for her.
Whenever I try to complete the booking, the system displays a message stating that my daughter is too young to travel without an accompanying adult. However, I have already purchased a ticket for myself on the exact same flights, and I will be traveling with her. Despite this, the system still will not allow me to add her to the reservation.
I also tried to get help through Wizz Air's phone support and other customer service channels, but I was only met with automated AI responses and English-language prompts. As there is no Turkish-language support available, I have been unable to receive a clear solution, and the situation has caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
I respectfully request that Wizz Air urgently resolve this issue so that I can add my 11-year-old daughter as a child passenger to my existing reservation for the June 11 outbound and June 14 return flights without any additional inconvenience or unnecessary charges.
