WISE Unreliable Service and Arbitrary Actions Disappointed Me Greatly
When I tried to withdraw my money from Wise, I was given an unexpectedly long time frame, despite their claims of being faster and cheaper than SWIFT. Based on my experience, Wise has now become more expensive and slower than SWIFT. When I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to negotiate or shorten the waiting time. They were not fully transparent as a financial company should be, stating that they aren't obligated to provide all information. There's a constant risk of being inconvenienced with your money. They always justify themselves because they hold your funds. They can suddenly demand address verification, block your account, and freeze your funds within a day when you're abroad. This company poses a significant risk, and there's always the possibility of being unfairly treated. Beware of these practices and avoid putting your money at risk.
