I'm sharing my disheartening experience with Wise, a money transfer service that falls short of its promises and fails to deliver on customer satisfaction. My friend sent $300 from the US, and after a lengthy 7-day wait, the funds finally arrived in my account, but not without a hefty price tag.

Wise deducted a staggering $55 for the transfer, and an additional $10 was taken for converting the dollars to euros. To my utter dismay, the final amount credited to my account was a mere €235, a significant loss from the initial $300.

This experience has left me feeling cheated and disappointed by Wise's deceptive practices. Their hidden fees, slow transfer times, and unfavorable exchange rates are simply unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering Wise to look elsewhere for a more reliable and transparent money transfer service.
