Wise App Blocked My Account Holding My Money

Wise has blocked my account and seized 250,000. They are not providing any explanation or response. What do they think of themselves? I want my money back. All I receive are automated responses. Has anyone managed to get their money back from this system? Do they not have customer representatives in Turkey? Can anyone help?
