Dear Wise Customer Support, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the sudden and unjustified blocking of my Wise account. I have been a customer of Wise because of its reputation for transparency, reliability, and user-friendly services. However, the recent action taken against my account has left me both frustrated and concerned. Without prior warning or a clear explanation, my account was restricted, preventing me from accessing my funds and using the services I rely on. This has caused me significant inconvenience and disruption to my personal and financial affairs. To date, I have not received any specific reason or evidence that would justify such a serious measure. I assure you that I have always used Wise in full compliance with your terms of service and applicable laws. As a customer, I believe I am entitled to transparency and fair treatment. Blocking access to funds without explanation or recourse not only undermines trust but also creates unnecessary stress. I kindly request a detailed explanation as to why my account was blocked, and I urge you to review and restore my access as soon as possible.
