I Face Payment Withdrawal Issue on Vatan After Selling PUBG Account

I recently sold a PUBG Mobile account through my Vatan account for ₺7,400. The account included 90 epic items and 28 weapon skins. After completing the sale, I attempted to withdraw the ₺7,400 balance to my registered IBAN. However, it has been 20 days and I still have not received my payment. My withdrawal requests are repeatedly rejected without any explanation in the system.

I have contacted the support team multiple times through messages, but I have not received any response or follow-up. It appears that no one is actively addressing user issues on this platform, especially considering it is newly launched.

I request that my ₺7,400 be transferred to my IBAN immediately and that Vatan implement proper customer support to resolve payment delays promptly. This is my first time experiencing such a problem, and I expect my case to be handled without further delay.
