Wingie Refused My Flight Change Request – Request Ticket Change or Refund

I booked a Nisma Airline flight from Riyadh (RUH) to Cairo (CAI) with booking reference 15JMJQ, departing on 18 July. I later needed to change my departure date to 28 July and requested a change for this flight. However, my request to change the flight was refused and I was not provided with a proper solution. I am dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled and that I could not change my ticket as needed. I kindly request that my ticket be changed from 18 July to 28 July for the RUH–CAI route without extra cost, or that an alternative fair solution be offered, such as a refund or a voucher.
