Wingie Charged 540.67 AED but Never Issued My Flight Ticket

I booked a flight ticket on the Wingie website with Air Arabia from Alexandria to Abu Dhabi for travel on 17/09/2026. The amount of 540.67 AED was deducted on 14/09/2026 at around 6:35 pm from my Tabby credit card, but I did not receive the flight ticket. After noticing that no ticket or booking confirmation was sent to me, I sent an email from my Gmail account to customer service, but I have not received any solution so far and my issue remains unresolved while the money is already deducted. I request that the full amount of 540.67 AED be refunded to my Tabby credit card as soon as possible, since no ticket was issued against this payment.
