Wingie Refund Delayed After Etihad Cancelled My Flight Booking

I purchased Etihad Airways tickets for the Islamabad to Abu Dhabi route through Wingie on 6 March. The flight scheduled for 6 March 2026 was cancelled by Etihad, not by me, but despite this, Wingie has not refunded the amount I paid. The total amount I am waiting to be refunded is 1,457.65 AED. My booking reference is 7FRC6W. I have not received any clear information from Wingie about the status of my refund, and I have not been given a reason why the money has not been returned after the airline cancelled the flight. I request that the full amount of 1,457.65 AED be refunded to me as soon as possible and that I be provided with a clear explanation regarding the refund process and the reason for this delay, even though the flight was cancelled by the airline.
