Confusion Over Stacking Kit Costs for Windsor 9WS1100 Dryer – Need Clarity

I want to purchase the Windsor 9WS1100 dryer, but due to limited space, I require a stacking kit. I’ve been informed that the stacking kit for Windsor is not complimentary, unlike Vestel and Regal brands, which offer it for free. To make matters worse, I couldn’t get clear information about the kit’s price.

When I asked the service center, they told me it was free, but even they seemed confused. This lack of consistency and transparency is frustrating. Vestel should provide free stacking kits across all its brands, including Windsor, to simplify the buying process and eliminate confusion for customers. I urge Vestel to address this issue so I can proceed with my purchase confidently.
