Request Refund for Unauthorized Free Fire Max Transactions on Vodafone Pay
On October 10, 2025, at 21:30:20, a total of ₺245.31 (≈ $9 USD) was withdrawn from my Vodafone Pay account without my knowledge or authorization. These transactions appear to have been made through Google Free Fire Max, but I have never played this game nor have I ever linked my account to Google Play or any related service.

52831733, 528318665, 528318667, 528318761, 528318820, 528318*94.
After noticing the issue, I disabled my account’s internet access and took security precautions. When I contacted Vodafone Pay customer service, they said they could only send me a receipt and offered no further assistance. I also attempted to reach Google support, but received no response. In addition, I never received any invoice, email, or SMS notification related to these charges.
I request that these unauthorized transactions be investigated and that the ₺245.31 (≈ $9 USD) be fully refunded to my account as soon as possible.
