WhatsApp Fails to Restore Deleted Messages Needed for Court Case

I am unable to access certain important WhatsApp messages from 2024, and this situation is critically important for my ongoing court case. In 2024, I changed my phone. At that time, I believe my WhatsApp backup was enabled; however, after switching to the new phone, my conversations—especially those with a specific person—are no longer visible. Because I am currently involved in legal proceedings, I request that all WhatsApp messages exchanged since January 2024 between my phone number 0 5012****** and the number 0 5598***** be restored and provided to me so that they can be officially submitted to the court. These messages contain important conversations that could demonstrate that the other party’s statements do not reflect the truth.

At present, I have been sentenced to approximately seven years and nine months in prison. My case will be appealed, and these messages constitute critical evidence for my defense during the appellate process. I have not previously contacted WhatsApp through any official channel.
