I have been using WhatsApp, and on April 12, my account was suddenly banned right after I logged in on a new device, an Infinix Hot 50i. Until that moment, I was using my account normally and had not received any prior warning or notice about a possible violation.
Since the ban, I have not been able to contact support through the app, and I have not received any information explaining the exact reason for this action. I believe this may be an error that occurred simply because I logged in from a new device.
I kindly request that my WhatsApp account be reviewed and reactivated as soon as possible. If the ban is not going to be lifted, I ask that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of the reason behind this permanent restriction.
