I have been using WhatsApp on my Infinix Smart 20 and my account was suddenly blocked yesterday without any prior warning. When I try to open WhatsApp, I see the message “This account can’t use WhatsApp” and a note saying that the Terms of Service were violated, but I am sure I did not break any rules or protocols. This account contains all my life’s work and very important conversations, and I urgently need to communicate with my loved ones. I have not been able to talk to my boyfriend and other close contacts since yesterday afternoon, and this situation is causing me serious distress. I kindly request that my WhatsApp account be urgently reviewed and reactivated and that I be informed of the specific reason for this block if WhatsApp believes there was any violation. I expect access to my account and all my messages to be restored as soon as possible.
