Western Union Customer Service Can't Resolve My Pending Transfer

I haven't been able to withdraw a money transfer sent from Germany to Turkey through Western Union since June 26. The transaction is still showing as pending, and the money hasn't been paid out to me. The MTCN number for this transaction is 423***1701. I also spoke with customer service about this, but no concrete, results-oriented solution was provided, and the issue is still ongoing. I'm both wasting time and unable to access money I urgently need. I'm requesting that this pending transfer be urgently reviewed and that the funds be paid out to me.
