WePlay Voice Room Account Banned Without Clear Reason, Review Needed

My WePlay voice room account with ID 5820*** was banned about a week ago after someone reported me, and I still do not know the exact reason for this ban. I did not receive a clear explanation about which rule I supposedly violated, and I believe this punishment is unfair. I contacted WePlay customer center about the situation, but I am not satisfied with the response I received because they did not provide a detailed reason or proper review of my case. I feel that my account was blocked due to a simple issue or a misunderstanding, without a transparent investigation. I kindly request that my account be re-examined in detail, that I be informed clearly about the exact reason for the ban, and that my account ban be removed if there is no valid or serious violation. I expect my WePlay voice room account to be restored so I can continue using the platform.
