WePlay Wrongfully Blocked My Account Without Any Explanation

My WePlay account (r*****@gmail.com**) has been blocked for a long time without any valid reason. I am absolutely sure that there was no unusual activity or violation of rules on my account. At the time of the suspension, the only message I saw was “Salam”—no explanation, no warning, and no details provided.

I reached out to WePlay customer service multiple times, but I never received any response. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially since my account does not even contain any paid purchases or balance that could justify such an action. This appears to be an unjustified ban with no transparency.

I demand that my account be reinstated immediately. WePlay must stop blocking accounts without explanation and start providing proper communication and support to users. Leaving loyal players in the dark with no way to resolve their issue only damages trust in the platform.
