I have been using the Weplay app for a long time and genuinely enjoy it. Together with my partner and two friends, we were playing a normal game of Jackaroo in one of the app’s chat rooms. There was no profanity, harassment, or rule violation at all. Around 3:30 a.m., we fell asleep in the chat room while music was playing, simply remaining idle in the room.
Despite everything being completely normal, I received a 168-hour ban from January 1 to January 7 without seeing any reason or explanation. Although my account was reopened yesterday, I was banned again today, January 8, for no apparent reason. My account ID is 35912083. Receiving bans even while asleep and passively idle in the app is not acceptable, and the app has started to feel frustrating rather than enjoyable.
I would also like to point out that the tokens belonging to friends who were banned appear to have been taken by the system and not refunded. Not only are users being unfairly banned, but the tokens they earned through effort or purchased with real money are also being lost.
I request that Weplay thoroughly review all unjust bans applied to my account, that these unfounded bans be completely removed, and that proper controls be implemented to prevent this from happening again. In addition, I ask that the missing tokens of banned users be fully restored to their accounts. I have not received any response through any channel so far, and I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
