I have been experiencing a problem with my WePlay account for about 15 days. I am trying to create my third WePlay account using my phone number 72496414** on the same device, but I am unable to log in or complete the account creation process.
At the moment, the third user ID has not been created, and it appears that my phone number may be blocked or restricted from opening another account.
I previously reported this issue to WePlay support, but I did not receive any response. Today, I reported the problem again, and since I still have not received any solution, I am submitting this complaint so that my situation can be properly reviewed.
I kindly request that my phone number 72496414** be checked, that any block or restriction be removed if one exists, and that I be allowed to successfully create and access my third WePlay account on the same device.
