WePlay Hacker Sending Unlimited Gifts Not Banned Despite Report

I am writing as a Weplay user to report a serious problem regarding the account with the name Eren and ID 40364***. On 28.03.2026 I noticed that this user appears to be hacking and distributing unlimited gifts to everyone, which I believe is an abuse of the system and harms fair use on the platform. I reported this situation to your support team, and I was informed that this ID would be permanently blocked within one day. However, despite this information, the account still appears to be active and the problem has not been resolved, which makes me worry that the exploit may continue. I kindly request that you urgently investigate the account, take the necessary action against any hacking or abuse detected, and permanently block this ID if the violation is confirmed. I also ask to be informed about the result of your review so that I can be sure the platform is safe and fair for users.
