WePlay Denies Appeal and Keeps Account Permanently Blocked

I am a new player on WePlay, and on February 13, 2026, both my account and my device were blocked with the following notice: “[2012] Your recent actions or posts in the WePlay community went against our Community Guidelines. Your account has been blocked. We ask that you follow the guidelines to help us keep our community safe and respectful. [312491083].” I only have two accounts—one registered with my Gmail and one with my phone number—and I have simply been playing normally.

After receiving the block, I submitted an appeal to WePlay support, but my appeal was rejected without a clear explanation of which specific action or post violated the Community Guidelines. As a new player, it is very discouraging to have both my account and device blocked when I do not understand what I did wrong and therefore cannot correct my behavior in the future.

I respectfully request that you review my case in detail, clearly explain which specific post or action was considered a violation, and reconsider your decision by unblocking both my account and my device. If I unknowingly made a mistake, I am fully willing to carefully follow all community rules moving forward, and I kindly ask that you give me another opportunity to use WePlay on this device.
