Item Diyar Withdrawal of ₺7,125 Not Paid for Over a Month Despite 3-Day Promise
Over 35 days ago, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₺7,125 through İtem Diyar’s website, which is connected to the Weplay platform. During the withdrawal process, a small fee was deducted, but since then, no payment has been credited to my account.
I completed the transaction using my email b**********@gmail.com** and my username Burak5142. After the withdrawal request, I attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but for more than a month I have received no response at all.
On İtem Diyar’s own website, it is clearly stated that withdrawals are processed within three business days. Yet despite this policy, I have been waiting for over a month without any payment or explanation. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, especially since I never faced such an issue before.
I demand that İtem Diyar immediately transfer the ₺7,125 withdrawal to my account and provide a clear explanation for the delay. Customers should not be left in the dark or forced to chase their own money long after the promised timeframe.
