My Weplay Account Balance Cannot Be Transferred to Card
I currently have a balance of ₺310 in my Weplay account, and I want to withdraw this amount to my card. On September 27–28, I attempted to make the withdrawal, but no transaction has been completed so far.
Up to this point, I have not contacted customer service, and I have not received any error or warning messages from the system. I also do not know whether there is any restriction or verification problem on my account. My user number is 84240644, and I am making these transactions from Kahramanmaraş.
I request immediate support so that I can withdraw my balance to my card without further delay.
