I Get Banned Error On WePlay Even After Deleting My Old Account


I created an account on the WePlay app using my Android phone and later deleted it through the standard account deletion process. It has been about a month since I completed the deletion and waited for the system to update, but my mobile number is still not unlinked from their database.
Now, when I try to register a new WePlay account using the same phone number (9195481120**), I receive a message saying that my account has been banned. This is very confusing because I no longer have an active account and only want to reuse my number to create a new one.
I have already contacted WePlay customer support regarding this issue, but they have not resolved it. My number remains blocked or banned in their system without any clear explanation.
