Watsons Store Staff Shows Poor Customer Service Attitude

On February 13 at around 1:00 PM, I made a purchase at your Watsons branch located in downtown Muğla Milas. The cashier, a dark-haired female employee, gave me one of the thicker shopping bags priced at $0.30. I told her that I preferred the thinner bag instead. In response, she gave me a dismissive look and stated that the thinner bag was not available in the store. Since I frequently shop at your Pomelon branch, where these thinner bags are always available, I asked why this branch never seems to have them. However, this same employee has responded in a similarly rude manner during my previous two or three visits, repeatedly stating that the bags were unavailable and communicating with an unfriendly attitude.

Both her tone and her approach made me feel uncomfortable as a customer and left me feeling undervalued. For this reason, I request that the necessary review be conducted regarding this cashier at your Muğla Milas downtown branch and that she be provided with proper guidance and training on customer communication and behavior.
