Wargaming Refused My World of Warships Refund Despite 15 Day Policy

While purchasing New Year’s loot boxes in World of Warships, I made the purchase relying on the information clearly shown in the game stating that I had a 15-day refund right. Later, when I wanted to request a refund for these loot boxes, I contacted Wargaming support, but my refund request was completely rejected.
The support team stated that because I had already used the purchased in-game items, a refund could not be issued under the relevant sections of the End User License Agreement. In addition, in the response they sent me, they referred to the expressions I used while explaining my disappointment and warned that they could close tickets they considered “inappropriate.” They also stated that they would only continue helping me if I communicated in what they considered a “civil manner.” This approach made me feel undervalued and indirectly threatened as a consumer.
I request that the clearly advertised 15-day refund right for in-game purchases be honored and properly applied. I also ask that the behavior and communication style of the support team be reviewed. If a refund right truly exists, it should be transparently enforced. Otherwise, players should not be misled into believing they are entitled to refunds that will later be denied.

The managers at Wargaming seem completely uninterested in their players' concerns. There appears to be very little accountability, and the company does not seem to stand behind the promises it makes. They spend a lot on advertising to attract players, but the actual experience falls far short of expectations. Communication is poor, and many issues remain unresolved. Overall, it feels unprofessional and disappointing, especially for a company of this size.
