World of Tanks Ignored My Toxic Chat Reports for a Month

In the PC version of World of Tanks, I reported several players for using inappropriate and offensive chat messages during matches. It has been a month since I submitted my reports, yet I still haven’t received any response or any information on whether a rule violation was found. During the reporting process, I followed every step the support team asked for, but despite this, I did not receive any reply.

I’ve encountered similar rule violations before, and having this happen again is extremely frustrating. I want my reports to be reviewed and to be informed of the results. I can share my in-game user details if necessary.

I expect a quick and clear resolution to this issue.
