Waplog Account Request For Review And Reactivation

My Waplog account associated with the email address kimc17***@gmail.com was banned today with the message that I violated the terms and services. I did not receive any clear or detailed explanation about which action or content supposedly caused this violation. I have not purchased any paid service or subscription on this account, and I believe this ban is unfair and based on a misunderstanding. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that I be informed specifically about the reason for the ban, and that my account be reactivated if no real violation is found.
