Waplog Account Got Banned

My Waplog account under the name Susan was suddenly banned about 30 minutes ago, with a message saying it was due to “5 attempts.” I do not understand what these attempts refer to, because I did not intentionally violate any rules, and I believe my unstable internet connection may have caused repeated login attempts or errors. I contacted Waplog support around 1:56, but I have not received any response yet, and I still cannot access my account. This account is very important to me, and I would like to continue using it properly. I have now understood the warning, and I am careful to avoid any similar situation in the future. I kindly request that my Waplog account be fully reactivated as soon as possible, or that I be provided with a clear explanation and review of this ban so that I can recover access to my account.
