Unban My Waplog Account

My name is Gloria and I am a user from South Carolina. I created a new Waplog account with the username “Gloria” about two days ago and was using the application on my iPhone. On 22 April at around 9:03 a.m., when I woke up and wanted to chat with my match, I saw that my account had been banned without any prior warning or explanation. I am completely new to the platform and I honestly do not know which rule I might have violated. I have not made any purchases or payments in the application, and I also cannot reach Waplog support from within the app, which makes it impossible for me to understand or resolve this situation on my own. I kindly request that you clearly explain the reason why my account was banned and review this decision. If possible, I would like my account to be reactivated so that I can continue using your service in full compliance with your rules.
