W2 Forex Wiped Out My MetaTrader 5 Account and I Lost $103

Approximately one month ago, I made my first trade through W2 Forex, and my account was suddenly wiped out during the transaction, causing me a loss of approximately $103. After this incident, I was unable to access my account again and began experiencing serious problems trying to reach the platform.

I repeatedly tried to contact W2 Forex through WhatsApp and by phone. At first, I had difficulty finding anyone who could assist me, and later I was completely blocked. At this point, I can neither access my account nor receive any explanation or response regarding the financial loss I suffered.

I request that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved and that the approximately $103 I lost during my first transaction be refunded to me.
