W2Forex Took My Money After Risky MetaTrader 5 Trading Instructions
I conducted trades through MetaTrader 5 using a company called W2Forex, and I have suffered a total financial loss of approximately $719 over the past week. I was repeatedly given investment advice and trading instructions through a Telegram group and the w2markets.com website. Relying on these recommendations, I made two separate bank transfers through Garanti BBVA: the first was 11,850 Turkish lira, approximately $244, and the second was 23,000 Turkish lira, approximately $474. I was instructed to send the money to different accounts.
Through the accounts on the platform, I was specifically instructed to open highly risky trades in the opposite direction. As a result of these incorrect trading instructions, my account was effectively wiped out. After my account balance was depleted, I was then asked to send additional money under the pretext of recovering my losses. I believed these claims and made additional payments. Despite this, neither my losses were recovered nor was I able to withdraw my principal.
During this process, one of the people I communicated with through Telegram was a person named B**** T****. The two people I had been communicating with eventually blocked me completely. Another person, K*** G****, asked me to deposit more money. When I told this person that I would not send any more money, they used insulting language toward me and then blocked my account. After this point, I was no longer able to reach the company through any channel.
Despite all my communications and requests to the company's representatives, no concrete action was taken regarding the return of my money. I was continuously given excuses and delays, and my losses were never addressed. I was also instructed to send money transfers to accounts that were not in the company's name and instead belonged to different individuals or businesses. This situation seriously undermined my trust.
As a result of this process, I have suffered significant financial and emotional harm. I request the full return of the approximately $719 I transferred by bank transfer through Garanti BBVA—$244 for the first payment and $474 for the second payment—as a result of the trading activities conducted through W2Forex and MetaTrader 5 and the instructions provided through Telegram and w2markets.com. I also request that the necessary investigation be conducted into this company and the individuals involved. I have included bank transfer receipts, screenshots, and records of the relevant communications as supporting evidence for my complaint.
