I bought a Voopoo Drag Nano 2 from Buhar Keyf, but now I can’t find replacement cartridges anywhere! Their website shows it as out of stock, and their WhatsApp support doesn’t even bother to respond. I paid ₺1000 for this product, and now it’s completely useless because I can’t get the essential parts to use it. If they can’t provide replacement parts, why are they selling the device in the first place? This is unacceptable customer service. I expect Buhar Keyf to immediately restock the cartridges or provide a solution. If you’re thinking of buying from them, don’t—unless you want to be stuck with a product you can’t even use!
