2011 VW Polo 6R's Headliner Sagging Near Windshield - Seeking VW Solution

June 26, 2024 9:54 PM51

I own a 2011 model Volkswagen Polo 6R, and the headliner in my car has started to sag, particularly near the windshield area. After doing some research, I've discovered that this is apparently a chronic issue with this model.

I'm expecting Volkswagen to address and resolve this problem. I can't understand how such a reputable company could produce such a faulty, low-quality headliner. Even 30-40 year old domestic cars don't have issues with sagging or collapsing headliners. Is this really the quality we should expect from Volkswagen?

I'm reaching out in hopes that Volkswagen will take responsibility for this design flaw and offer a solution to affected customers like myself.
