Vodafone Unresolved Network Issues
Hello, I am currently residing in a newly constructed site in Muradiye Neighborhood. For the past three days, I have been without internet, and it is said to be due to a regional outage. However, when I contacted the service provider, they claimed that no one else in my area is experiencing such a problem with Vodafone. Everyone around me seems to have a functioning internet connection, and despite multiple attempts, I couldn't establish a proper conversation with a customer service representative. They simply instructed me to keep pressing buttons. As a result, I haven't been offered any solution, and I've been completely without internet for three days. I can't reach anyone or communicate with anyone. I urgently request a response because I fail to understand how, in this day and age, my home is devoid of internet connectivity. I hope for a prompt resolution.
