3 Months Without Internet, Vodafone Unresponsive
I've been dealing with a persistent internet outage in Sivas/Ulaş/Acyurt Village for the past three months. Despite my repeated calls to Vodafone, they have yet to resolve the problem. Instead, after supposedly conducting an investigation, I received automated messages claiming that there were no problems in my area. The reality, however, is that our transmitter is broken, and no one seems to want to fix it. This situation is highly inconvenient and has an impact on our daily lives, especially in this digital age where internet access is critical. I beg Vodafone to take our concerns seriously and act quickly to resolve this issue. We've had enough adversity; now is the time to find a solution. Don't let us suffer any longer as a result of your inaction.
