Vodafone's Happy Spin: Frustration Over Vanishing Internet Rewards

Hello, I'm done with Vodafone. Every week, I'd spin their wheel in the hopes of winning some internet data. Then this thing called 'Happy' appeared, and I've been spinning away without getting any internet since it appeared. Is this some kind of bug? Please fix it if it is. This can't be a coincidence because I've previously received gift vouchers. I received an internet reward once every two months after switching to a lower-cost plan. Even though I have the right to spin twice a week, it is sometimes reduced to once a week or even once every 15 days. It appears that they are giving you gifts based on the amount of your bill. This change has completely irritated me, and Vodafone must address this issue as soon as possible. I'm hoping for a resolution and a return to consistent and fair rewards for loyal customers.
